Appointments are held just for you and I ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment that you please provide me with at least 48-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. ANY confirmed appointments, services cannot be modified, and will be charged at full price.
However, I do understand that unavoidable issues may arise and I will do my best to work with you in the case of an emergency.
Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time. Here is a general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of reserved appointment(s)
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount
HAIR EXTENSION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will result in loss of full deposit, rebooking will require 48hrs notice and 50% of the deposit will be charged.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. However, I do send out a confirmation text message one-week prior to each appointment and you are always more than welcome to call to double check any appointment times if you’re unsure.
REDO POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your end style or colour please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 5 days of your appointment, any requests after 5 days will incur a charge.
Please note a redo on a requested style that you are unable to adjust to will be charged according to work needed.
